SELF REFLECTION
Forum PROGRAM E-BADMINTON 2021is one way to involve students to participate in sprots and also distract them stress. What is financial planning? Financial planning is a step-by-step approach to meet one's life goals. A financial plan acts as a guide as we go through life's journey. Essentially, it helps we be in control of our income, expenses and investments such that we can manage our money and achieve our goals. It may be possible to save money without having a financial plan. But it may not be the most efficient way to go about it. When we create a financial plan, we get a good deal of insight into our income and expenses. This automatically increases our savings in the long run. With adequate funds at hand, we can cover our monthly expenses, invest for our future goals and splurge a little for ourself and our family, without worry. Financial planning helps we manage our money efficiently and enjoy peace of mind. Don’t worry if we have not yet reached this stage. If we are on the path of financial planning, the destination of financial peace is not very far away.
The social contribution of this program is one that is able to raise awareness about the benefits of financial planning. In addition, it is able to increase knowledge about the career we can choose if we have good or stable financial planning.
My involvement in the program gave me the opportunity to know the benefits and the importance of financial planning. By learning all the skills and knowledge they need, graduates can become highly sought after by organizations.
Overall, this program has a significant impact on the country, society, and its citizens. They have conducted this programme very neatly and systematic, this helps us to learn new knowledge without any interruptions.

SELF REFLECTION
Forum PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN PENCEGAHAN DADAH DARI UNIVERSITI KE KOMUNITI is one way to prevent students from getting involved with drugs. Drug using is a universal problem that is difficult to curb. Drug using especially among university students is of high concern and it is closely linked to various social ills such as prostitution, promiscuity, and gambling. This is the thing that threatens and harms the situation of a country, whether it is economic, sociocultural, political, or security related. In words, the progress and development that we have achieved and achieved so far will not be sustainable if the drug problem cannot be solved immediately.
The social contribution of this program is one that is able to raise awareness about the dangers of drug use. In addition, it is able to increase knowledge about the punishment that will be handed out to those who take drugs. In addition, these drugs will cripple the economy in terms of the costs of health care, crime and drug-related accidents, which are borne by the government.
My involvement in the program gave me the opportunity to think creatively in a variety of aspects. By learning all the skills and knowledge they need, graduates can become highly sought after by organizations.
Overall, this program has a significant impact on the country, society, and its citizens. They have conducted this programme very neatly and systematic, this helps us to learn new knowledge without any interruptions.

Reflection about course Graduate Success Attribute (UHMT 1012)
I don’t even know where to start because thinking of writing this post is making me both sad, happy, and confused. Sad, because I am going to finish my first year of university; happy, because I’m glad it’s over; and confused because, really, where did the time go?
If I were to describe university in one word it would be: refreshing. It’s like drinking a glass of cold water during a hot day, or like taking a breath of fresh air in earth’s pure nature, away from the city. University is refreshing because it finally feels like you have taken a step away from high school and your childhood and a step towards maturity, growing, and finding yourself. You begin to learn things about yourself you never knew and you start to understand how things in the real world work, even if sometimes your classes seem pointless. Some of the major things I learned had to do with my program and classes, my commute, the people I met, and the freedom I gained all within this first year.
Going to a completely new school where you know no one is scary, but almost everyone is in the same boat as you. They are all looking to meet new people and make friends. Orientation week was where I met tons of people in my program, some whom I haven’t seen afterwards and others whom I still keep in contact with today. During the semester, you continue to meet people as well, whether it be through a class or just sitting in the library building asking someone to watch over your stuff. You just need to break out of your shell and approach a new friendship.
It’s true, the freedom is real in university, even as a commuter. I no longer feel like my life revolves around school, but more like school is a (large) portion of my life, but I get to explore other things, too. In my first semester, I had two days off and even on those days I would commute downtown just to explore the city. By having a flexible schedule, I could also do more with my time like go to events or panels on campus, and in general, just do things I couldn’t in secondary school because of its fixed schedule.
The amount of work you put in to each course is outstanding. It’s not like secondary school where you can pull something together in the last minute, especially when it comes to exams. It’s close to impossible to learn an entire semester worth of content in one day, let alone one all-nighter. This was something I had to learn to adjust to: not procrastinating.
