INDUSTRIAL TALK 3

This assignment is based on the third Industrial talk which is the talk on inspiring work experience and covid-19 challenges. This talk was given by alumni of UTM.  Based on this talk we were required to create a report in news format. From this talk, I learned about the difficulties faced by workers during this pandemic and how they are adapting to the new normal. From this talk, I get to know that academic result is not the only criteria to get employed in the future. I also learned about the importance of having soft skills such as good communication and social skills are essential to be employed in the future. In addition, I also get to know about the importance of learning additional hard skills such as learning additional programming language. I also determined to improve my soft skills, hard skills and employability skills to be a better employed in the future.
