Project 2

Reflection

Nowadays, all over the world have their own data collection to store and analyze important information. For this project, I was interested to study about age-adjusted death rates for selected causes of death for all ages, by sex in United States (US) from 2007 until 2017 because US is the third largest population in the world with 318,816,000 in 2020. In US, there have 6 popular disease causes of death which are Heart disease, Cancer, Unintentional injuries, CLRD (Chronic Lower Respiratory disease), Stroke, Diabetes, Alzheimer's disease. According the data, I want to find out more either there has the relationship between all the disease and gender.

From the sample we got, we transfer the data to the excel and separated data into the specific categories. After that, we make several graphs scatter plot by using R-Studio and some calculation. All the graph we made, we applied what we have learnt from the previous class. Using R-Studio such a new experience we had used before. The next step is we make a report based on the data collected and graph.

In conclusion, this project gives me knowledge and new experience using excel and R-Studio beside using Dev c++ and other common software. I learnt how to read the sample and interpret data into graph make a conclusion based on the hypothesis I assume. After I do the report, I can relate with the real world to make a conclusion what we made assumption. I felt great that I know how to make it all that stuff. I hope I can use this experience on real situation.
