The Webinar conducted online on Webex on April 17, 2023 from 11.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., with facilitator Puan Nas Rashidah Mustaza. The Education Webinar Series is aimed at optimizing library resources for undergraduate students in research information literacy. The session covers information searching skills, UTM Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), note and reference managers, text matching, and more. The library's vision, missions, and goals are also discussed, including providing information-based services, managing information in line with university learning, promoting information services to the UTM community, and nurturing a knowledge-based culture. The library portal and OPC search allow users to access and find materials in the library collections. Also, the library account provides services such as borrowing, reservations, and checking fines, making it convenient for users to manage their library activities. Online databases and electronic resources are valuable sources for research and information retrieval. Interlibrary loans offer the opportunity to obtain materials not available in the UTM Library, expanding the resources accessible to students.
