On Tuesday on 1 December 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM we had such an amazing workshopconducted
by Mr. Mohd Khairul Reeze Ruslan about the importance and trends of IT project management and how it
sought best communicatesamongthe full implications of the project. In particular, the necessarilyof
understanding“how to manage our IT project” in contrast to knowingthe scientific fundamentals is
developed as a basis for IT management.The first part of the talk we got some information about Mr.
Khairul who is an expert in IT project management. Mr. Khairul was graduated from UMwith Bachelor of
Computer Science in 2003, after that he completed his masters from University of South Wales, UK, and he
also have a lot of work experience and professional certificates. Mr. Khairul worked in several companies,
mostly banks and currently he is working with the Malaysian government on ePerolehan Project.The
