INDUSTRIAL TRAINING REFLECTION
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING REFLECTION
My industrial training experience gave me a sense of accomplishment and improvement. The training has transformed my understanding of the sector, improved my technical skills, and widened my viewpoint on real-world applications of my academic knowledge.
Exposure to WordPress site development and Laravel system development was a highlight of my industrial training. I learned more about the technologies by applying theoretical principles to real-world situations. Working on "GetMeHired" redesigns gave me excellent insight into web development from concept to implementation.
Working with industry veterans was enriching. Mentorship from coworkers and supervisors shaped my problem-solving and project management style. The workplace encouraged teamwork and communication, emphasising the need for adaptability in a changing workplace.
One of the biggest lessons from this experience is that project obstacles are opportunities to learn and grow. I had to use technical skills, critical thinking, and teamwork to overcome issues. These challenges were technical and taught fortitude and tenacity in the face of adversity.
Additionally, learning WordPress and Laravel system development gave a complete picture of site development. It stressed the necessity of selecting the correct technology stack for project needs and remaining current on industry developments and best practices.
I learned time management, adaptability, and communication in addition to technical skills. The fast-paced initiatives taught me to prioritise, fulfil deadlines, and manage project schedules.
Industrial training has given me confidence and a desire to contribute to software programming. It showed me how my academic skills are used in the real world and fueled my desire to learn.
In conclusion, my industrial training has been enriching and instructive, helping me improve academically and professionally. The challenges, lessons, and abilities I learned throughout this time will shape my software engineering career.

UTM's GOT TALENT
As the head of consultation and public relation in my university for SS-YEMEN I was the coordinator for an big event for all UTM student what we called it UTM Got Talent and ask all students and staffs to join our competition for a talented show. Despite the restrictions during the pandemic but we still would like to celebrate every single thing that makes our diverse community stronger. we all came together to recognize the many talented, but modest individuals among us. I get participants to release their inner self by expressing and sharing the joy of performance.

Have a great time
probability and statistics reflection
We have discussed a lot of things that we learned. Here I would like to “Reflect and Evaluate” independently. I want to write about what I have personally learned, as well as write more about some changes that I have seen in myself. Finally, I want also to include how I have used or will use what I have learned in my next project, university life and my career goals. Being able to organize data, think about different methods to analyze data and reflect on all of the things
that I have learned. Reviewing and reflecting helps us to retain what we have learned and to increase our knowledge and awareness of what happened. There is always way for improvement. As a group, we also need to consider what kinds of things we could improve and how it is important teamwork is to the success of a project. We could have improved our teamwork a lot because in “Real-Life” business projects teamwork is critical to the successful completion of projects and a highly sought after skill. So my kind of reflections leads to evaluating what went well and what needs improvement.
In probability and statistical data analysis, i do like *Dr. SHARIN HAZLIN BINTI HUSPI* teaching whenever she appears.infact i look forward to her presence
No doubt we all take down notes when she is talking. when she is making a point we somehow manage to imagine what she was trying to portray.
Therefore it makes it easier for us to understand what she meant
We are extremely honored to be in her class. Here i our teacher who is ever patient making a positive appearance and most important being the reason for our high motivation
Over the last half-year or so we have been blessed thus are really grateful to be part of your life as much as you are part of ours we honestly love it
please continue your style of teaching our dear lecturer.you will remain to be in our hearts and minds.
In this subject as well as the first project, Data exists everywhere in our life, we use it to count numbers and do many other things, it’s really helpful to us, and no matter what we do with data, we need to organize it first, so statistics are necessary and important. In fact, from the learning of this unit, I found that a lot of questions were based on real-life, such as economic problems, physical exercise progress and many other things that we see and do in real life. There are several useful methods to organize data, I learned all of them and I think they are very different from each other and they have different uses. They can be graphs or tables. There are bar graphs, line graphs, pie graphs and histogram graphs to show the data in shapes, bar graphs and histogram graphs are more used for looking at the differences between each group of data, line graphs can show the patterns or trends clearly, and pie graphs are more used for showing percentages. I also learned some tables for organizing data, such as frequency tables, stem-leaf plots and box and whiskers. They look very different and they are used differently as well. Frequency tables might be the most useful tables in these three, it can both organize and rank the numbers and easily show the frequency. Stem-leaf plots are used for ranking data in order, while box and whiskers are used on grids to show the range and quadrilles, and it’s usually used with frequency tables. After learning statistics, I feel like I can now do some more interesting and helpful things with raw data now, and I think it’s really powerful.
Probability and statistical Honestly, I’m not good at this subject when I came to Malaysia. But For me, it is important to better understand it. And it becomes an easier and interesting subject.

Here where I am shine
Challanges that I am facing
As I lay down at night
I start to think about the day that just went by, wondering if I could have changed anything to make it better.
I think about my past
All the people I've lost
My dad, my friends, my family
How I grew up and what I have accomplished
I think about what is really important to me
My morals and values
I think about how the world works and how I would change it if I could
I think about what I have been through, and how I feel
I think about the future, what I can do to reach my dreams, how to achieve them, I'm asking myself if I'm on the right path in life
And the night end and I'm still thinking about who I am
UTM Collaboration Team Won The Best Project Award and Third Place in 2020 The Great Lab Grand Design Challenge
A collaboration team from UTM and UM has won the Best Project Award University Track (Precision Farming) and was awarded Third Place in 2020 The Great Lab Design Challenge (TGL). Another collaboration team from UTM, UTHM, and UMS also won the Best Project Award University Track (Smart Manufacturing) in the same competition. The Great Lab (TGL) Grand Design Challenge Finale is an event where shortlisted teams from university and high school TGL Hackathon/Bootcamp will pitch their completed projects in order to determine the top 3 innovative projects.
A team of four students from the Faculty of Engineering consisted of Belal Al Tam (UTM), Ebrahim Hassan (UTM), Hashed Al-Naeem (UTM), and Yousef Gamal (UM) had managed to secure a third-place for the competition and the Best Project Award University Track (Precision Farming). The team was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohamad Shukri Zainal Abidin and Dr. Mohd Saiful Azimi Mahmud from the School of Electrical Engineering and had come out with the idea of an autonomous weeding robot for paddy field. The team was awarded RM 1,000 prize money with a technology kit and medal.
WINING A COMPETITION
"A CHALLENGE OF 6 MONTHS TO THE THIRD PLACE WINNER"
Let me share with you my #achievements from June to December. We had participated in #TGL under Collaborative Research in Engineering, Science & Technology (CREST) Center
The competition aims for better health, environment, economy, and agriculture, so our assigned problem was to find an alternative solution to minimize the impact of weeds on paddy fields using technology instead of using Herbicides (chemicals), so our solution was basically to detect the weeds through image processing and specifically OBIA (Object-based image analysis) which is the most accurate and suitable in terms of spectral classification. Our system consists of two primary devices, a drone for the scanning and a mechanical weeding robot. We went into three different stages; the first is the pitching of the solution, the second is the regional evaluation, and finally is the finale stage.

Plans for Next Semester
I believe that the great why to be a success in life is to set up a plan for the future, therefore our DE Goh has been asked us to get a plan for our next semester
There is so much I need to develop, change the way of habits, not an easy task, in my opinion, it will be a lot going on when I am starting a new term in university that amazed me how challenging that could be or even it's troublesome to keep track of all the things I need to realize.
here I make some plan point
1.To ensure I enrolled in the most college courses I want, as well as organize my course study
2. Go through all my courses and decide what I'm planning to take
3. improve me for a better way and see where I got wrong my current semester
4. get 4.0 or at least be under the dean list
5. become more knowledgeable and much wiser
6. Map out an efficient route to classes so that you’re not late the first day
7. pick up the right group members who should cooperate in a team.
8. joining some of the UTM clubs that will improve my skills and teach me something new
9. read some useful books as I believe always readers are leaders
10. plan to lose some weight by managing my meal and cook a good healthy food
11. become more aware in the field of technology and moreover practicing coding as i think practice makes perfect
12. make new friends and being active with workshops and special event
13. participate in more competitions and do my best to score the first place
value yourself
7 Tips to Provide Value to Others
1. Be a good listener
2. Give people advice when they ask or it. Offer your honest opinions. Give constructive feedback.
3. Introduce people to one another
4. Share inspirational content with them to help them grow personally and professionally (educate them)
5. When someone asks for your help or assistance with something, always do a little bit extra. It is the extra that turns ordinary into extraordinary.
6. Help them feel happier and more self-confident (smile and encourage love, happiness, laughter, self-confidence in their life)
7. Ask! Be authentic and ask, "What's one thing I can do to help you?"
