Self Reflection
Throughout the preparation of this event, I learnt that it is important to have a good communication skill as a registration unit. When it comes to attendance and pre-registration, it is important to be clear on the date the participant needed to fill in the form before it was closed to avoid any misunderstanding. It is also important to have a good and developed leadership skill since this is an event where the new leaders were about to be selected so this value is the most looked up value during the election. It is also important to have a good thinking skills because sometimes there are things that did not go like the plan. Thus, it requires the person to think of any alternative to continue with the tentative. I see an advantage of my team in collecting the names and the attendance where most of the time there is no problem encountered. The only challenge faced during the preparation of the event was the response from particular student is overlooked which caused their names to be categorised under non-registered student. However, it is overcomed by performing some checking to make sure everything is good.
