Of course, through this activity, I got to know many younger brothers, and as a senior, I can share with them some things that I must know and pay attention to in universities and courses. I am very happy that the younger siblings can listen to my sharing with a sincere attitude, and I have also tried my best to share everything I know, and also help to solve some of the doubts of the younger siblings. Next, through this academic meeting, I found that my grades were a little bit lower than last year, which made me feel vigilant and began to urge myself, the semester, to work harder to improve my cgpa. Of course, the advice given by the lecturer is also very helpful to me. I will also relax myself appropriately, participate in faculty activities, and meet more friends. I find that proper relaxation can make me perform better in my studies.

This academic was organised by the UTM Accounting Club (UTMAC) every year during the 1^st semester. The significance of this event is to give us an opportunity to get to know the younger students or seniors of different years of accounting courses. At this time of the year, all students will gather in the faculty auditorium, and it is expected that more than 120 people will participate in this event every year. The lecturer will encourage and motivate the students present at this time, hoping to achieve good results in classwork and activities. Lecturers often remind us that while paying attention to schoolwork, we must also not forget to have proper rest and relaxation. We can practice ourselves by participating in various university activities. After that, there will be an exciting and anticipated academic performance review meeting. At this time, the lecturers will especially praise those students who have achieved excellent results. Of course, the lecturers will also give some comfort to those students who do not meet their expectations. The lecturer will also use this opportunity to let the students understand the performance of the students last year and point out the areas that can be improved. Students can also use this opportunity to stimulate their competitive mentality, to have a healthy competition with other students and to make progress in their studies.

In order for the 1^st year students to get to know the senior and the lecturer. Thus, 1^st year student can understand the whole course better and to give the overview of the academic performance during the last year.
