Of course, through this activity, I got to know many younger brothers, and as a senior, I can share with them some things that I must know and pay attention to in universities and courses. I am very happy that the younger siblings can listen to my sharing with a sincere attitude, and I have also tried my best to share everything I know, and also help to solve some of the doubts of the younger siblings. Next, through this academic meeting, I found that my grades were a little bit lower than last year, which made me feel vigilant and began to urge myself, the semester, to work harder to improve my cgpa. Of course, the advice given by the lecturer is also very helpful to me. I will also relax myself appropriately, participate in faculty activities, and meet more friends. I find that proper relaxation can make me perform better in my studies.
This academic was organised by the UTM Accounting Club (UTMAC) every year during the 1st semester. The significance of this event is to give us an opportunity to get to know the younger students or seniors of different years of accounting courses. At this time of the year, all students will gather in the faculty auditorium, and it is expected that more than 120 people will participate in this event every year. The lecturer will encourage and motivate the students present at this time, hoping to achieve good results in classwork and activities. Lecturers often remind us that while paying attention to schoolwork, we must also not forget to have proper rest and relaxation. We can practice ourselves by participating in various university activities. After that, there will be an exciting and anticipated academic performance review meeting. At this time, the lecturers will especially praise those students who have achieved excellent results. Of course, the lecturers will also give some comfort to those students who do not meet their expectations. The lecturer will also use this opportunity to let the students understand the performance of the students last year and point out the areas that can be improved. Students can also use this opportunity to stimulate their competitive mentality, to have a healthy competition with other students and to make progress in their studies.
In order for the 1st year students to get to know the senior and the lecturer. Thus, 1st year student can understand the whole course better and to give the overview of the academic performance during the last year.

I learned about the existence of this event from a post shared by my friend on fb. My friend also encouraged one of us to join him. I took a look at some financial literacy activities, which aroused my interest. In addition, I have been looking for some courses on financial knowledge, so this opportunity is a must for me. I have always had a great interest in real estate investment, but there is no platform for me to learn from. Thank you byic for hosting this event and for inviting famous consultants to invest in trusts. Throughout the process, I really benefited a lot, allowing me to learn more about what a real estate investment trust is, how to find it, how to analyze it, how to view financial statements, etc. This knowledge is difficult to learn in university courses. I very much hope that I can learn more knowledge during university.
BYIC organized Reits: Own A Property In The Simplest Way. The purpose of this activity is to improve the financial knowledge of college students. In addition to the knowledge learned in their own work, college students can also learn some knowledge about investment. This knowledge is of great help to some students who want to invest their excess funds but don't know how to do it. Fortunately, byic was able to invite Tony Yap, a well-known mentor in reits investment. He himself has more than 10 years of experience in reits investment. He has also published many best-selling books. Now he is also one of the educators in the Bricksmen Group. Now he himself is more keen to share and teach all his investment experience and knowledge to his students. Throughout the course of the event, the tony yap mentor simply and clearly introduced a lot of knowledge about investment reits, risk management, entry and exit strategies, etc. In the last link, the tutor also patiently answered all the questions raised by our students in order to solve our doubts and confusions.
To learn and improve our financial knowledge on the investment on Reits, and learn how to analyze and discover a good Reits. Also focus on the financial reports to identify the details which are we need to focus when choosing a Reits.

In this event I succeeded in understanding the whole business process better. I can also use the knowledge I learned in class and apply it in this competition. This game is a valuable experience for me. I have recognized many strong opponents in this game and let me know that I still have many shortcomings. Of course, every setback also motivates me to cheer up and improve my strategy and gameplay. Of course, I am also grateful to the team members who have worked hard with me, who can still tolerate me and give me encouragement when I have insufficient or bad things. I will also use the experience and knowledge I gained in this competition in my next class and work. Finally, I would like to thank those instructors for their hard work to organize the competition. Without them, there would be no success today.
AHIBS organizes this ERMC competition every year, and this year is no exception. It is understood that this event successfully attracted more than 15 representatives from different departments of the school. This also shows the charm of this competition and the meaning it can bring to the participants. Thanks to the lecturer from AHIBS, dr shah explained and introduced the rules and procedures of this competition. First of all, the lecturer will re-explain the game's operation methods, rules, data, etc. must-knows for some players who have not participated in the competition before, so as to be able to compete fairly with other players. Before the official start of the game, the lecturer will also give patient guidance to the teams and players. The purpose of this activity is to hope that college students can experience the real process in the business world. Compared with the heavy theory in textbooks, it is more important to give students more realistic and practical operating experience. At the end of the whole activity, all students believed that they could learn a good lesson and experience. This also provides a good foundation for college students who are about to enter work and business to enhance our business views and help employers or their own companies on the road to success.
