Mr. Moorthy Murugaiah, the director of human resource has shared a lot from his 20 years’ experience. He has elaborated on how Micron helps recruiters find the right match for their available positions according to criteria, and how students can filter through different positions to find the ones that suits the most to apply to. To the side, Micron offers many different solutions for businesses that are related to AI, automotive, IOT, data centers, and offering memory and storage-based solutions. the discussion was mainly an overview on how the market looks for skillful and inspired candidates that are always willing to push through the boundaries, and also the need of soft skills that can boost the productivity and efficiency.
