As we all know the company needs a project manager to leads their project and we had the chance to get a thoughtful speak by Mr. Mohd Khairul Reeza. He worked in many companies RHB bank and many others, currently leading the e-perolehan in the finance management system.
Project is the set of tasks that has a value of cost in terms of finance or time. Main criteria to evaluate the project by the final project quality about the different aspects. It’s covered by an overview that can be referred to as a general scope and any project have risked going forward to the finish line regarding health, financial issues and etc... it also comes with benefits which are the motivation and rewards to maintain and build a very valuable final product.

He explained the portfolio-project diagram that organizes and categorizes the different projects under relatable sub-categories. E.g: railways and proton AI. To reach the final project, the project managements need to take place which is the application of skills and knowledge to meet the requirements and deliver the project in the best quality and within time.
He mentioned the main time management trending, Freelancing or gig economy which employee people for short-term in terms of certain tasks or per project. Focusing on data and analyze the different aspects to get the most out of it using Big Data. To reach the best and maximum optimization and reach less cost and time range and achieve high accuracy. Having backup and use change management keeps a major role in keeping the system flexible and get a better result regardless of complexity. New technologies solutions and techniques are created for time management so keeping a second option is very important for any future incidents and being always up to date.
He elaborated on the mindset and have a proper prospect moving forward by well-studying and understanding the resources and to be as much mature and mindful as possible.
