Reflection
What I have Learned from TIS Course ?
For me, in the second semester TIS was one the fascinating course. In the course, our lecturer shared 13 chapters n various topic like system analysis, programming, basic of computer, software, hardware and etc. By reading those, I leaned a lot about the technology. Our lecturer provided a free course of AWS. By doing that course, I learned a lot about the AWS services and how to design an AWS architect. Our lecturer also took tests so that we can evaluate our selves. In project, our lecturer asked to give presentation on what we did, by that we could properly brief what we did and where we did mistakes in the projects. Overall, TIS course given me a brief idea about technology and systems.
What I have Learned from TIS Assignment ?
In my TIS course, I had to do 4 assignments based on the talk I have attended. I have attended all the talk program in TIS and I have gathered a lot of knowledge about various topics. All of them were based on the Fourth Industrial Evaluation. In the first talk, Head of Product Design in TM Commercial he talked about the fourth industrial evaluation also contribution of TM bringing the evaluation in Malaysia. He also talked about smart city, tracker and other lots of things. This talked helped me to know a lot about the evaluation. In the second, the speaker share us a lot of information about cyber security and by attending that I gathered a lot of know about the cyber security. In third talk, I came to know about cloud computing and in the forth one, speaker discussed about augmented reality. After joining the fifth and sixth talk, I knew a lot about network infrastructure, 5G and wifi6. I had to create poster, magazine, online dashboard and newsletter. By doing these, it developed my creativity and I know a a lot about designing these things. Also, as it was team worked, it helped to improve my communication skills. In end the, I want to say, assignments made our study more interesting.
What I have Learned from TIS Project ?
In my TIS course, we had to do two project. In our project first, we had to develop a issues then discuss the solution and create a cloud architect, AWS architect, flow chart, prototype and other things. Doing that project, helped me a lot in my critical thinking skills as we created issue and sorted out the solution. I have specially worked on the cloud architect and AWS architect of our project which was face recognition attendance. In the first project, I developed a cloud architect based on our solution and in the second one, I created a AWS architect. Now, I know a lot about about cloud architect that needs management, security and other things also how to design a proper cloud architect. On the other hand, working on the AWS architect, I leaned about various services of AWS like Amazon EC2, Amazon storage also how to design a AWS architect. These projects helped me a lot to know more about TIS.
Acknowledgement for my lecturer?
My lecturer, Dr. Nor Azizah Sa'adon. She was very good and helpful lecturer. Whenever I need helped, I knocked her and she helped me. She helped us with our assignment and projects. In our project, presentation, she helped us to find solution of our problems. I am very grateful to have her as our lecturer and I hope I will get classes of her in my upcoming courses.
