1st MEETING :
- Self-introduction of students and briefed through what this course is about.
2nd MEETING :
- General briefing of what UKQF2812 was conducted in Dewan Jumaah.
- Postings and unit responsibilities were given to the students who are taking civil defence for the camping activity that will be held in the future.
3rd Meeting :
- Discussion on how and where the camping trip will be conducted.
- The decided place was a village in the rural area of Jerantut, Pahang.
- Students were divided into units of managements such as the protocol unit, devotion handling unit, sponsorship unit, food and beverages unit, multimedia unit and many more.
- I was assigned to the sponsorship unit. The group leader was Auni Afiqah Bt Karim, a student of 1SMJC. There were a total of 5 students in the sponsorship team.
- Major Zanah and Dr Nabilah suggested the protocol unit in building a conventional boat with water drums for the villagers in the rural area of Jerantut, Pahang.
- The building of the boat project was named "portable rescue boat CCSL".
4th Meeting
- At night, there was a meeting conducted in Kolej Siswa Jaya to update the progress of every management team.
5th Meeting :
- The sponsorship team listed out companies that should be contacted for food and beverages (wet and dry ingredients ), door gifts and necessities for outdoor activities.
- Other teams proposed their ideas to the Dr Nabihah and Major Zarah.
6th meeting :
- Major Zanah and Dr Nabilah displayed the planned itinerary to all the students.
- Every team presented a small presentation of what they have to offer to the class, lecturer and major.
- The model of the boat was given out to every student.
- With this information, all the minute details were jotted down as a side note on the itinerary such as the budget, the uniform jersey selected for the students taking up the course.
7th Meeting :
- This meeting was cancelled due to the escalation of the coronavirus.
