Self Reflection
The UTM Career Carnival 2023 was an experience that opened my eyes and gave me invaluable insights into the working world and what prospective companies are looking for. The event, which was put on by the UTM Career Centre and UTM Career Carnival Ambassadors, featured a variety of possibilities provided by different businesses.
Exposure to a broad range of businesses offering employment in both the tech and engineering industries was one of the event's most important takeaways. I was able to learn more about what these organizations look for in potential employees by participating in interviews with them. It was clear that while technical competence is vital, soft skills, adaptability, and a sincere passion for the profession are also very important.
It was a wise decision to gather flyers and give prospective businesses my resume. This not only demonstrated my initiative but also helped me establish a real connection between myself and prospective employers. It was a chance for me to show that I was still interested in their organizations after our brief encounters at the event.
My understanding of the employment market in my area of interest has expanded as a result of my participation in the career carnival. The greatest businesses in the nation gathered under one roof was evidence of the variety of opportunities available and the value of networking in such a cutthroat environment.
The UTM Career Carnival 2023 was successful and rewarding all around. It gave me the opportunity to investigate different career routes and gave me insightful knowledge about what businesses are looking for. I depart with a clearer sense of direction and increased zeal to advance the development of both my technical and interpersonal skills. I can't wait to use the things I've learned from this experience as I continue on my academic and career path.

Self Reflection
By taking part in this insightful webinar, I was given a fascinating window into a world beyond my personal experiences. I connected with the speaker's ideas as they were being delivered, giving me the much-needed validation I needed to get rid of any remaining self-doubt. In addition, it gave me a poignant reminder of the blessings in my own life, which sparked a strong sense of appreciation in me.
The discussion also covered the tactics used by committees and boards of education both before and after the pandemic, shedding light on how they ultimately affected pupils. This in-depth debate provided a nuanced view of the struggles and successes faced by students during these transitional periods, painting a vivid picture of the changing educational landscape.
The event's main focus was on examining the admirable efforts made by AIESEC to improve educational standards in the face of the pandemic's disruptions. Their unwavering efforts and original ideas served as an inspiration, demonstrating the enormous potential for good change even in the face of difficulty.
The new norms that have formed inside the educational system as a result of the pandemic were also discussed in the webinar. It was a communal epiphany that shone light on the cutting-edge techniques and technologies that have become essential to the educational process.
We were kindly given certificates in appreciation for our active involvement in this amazing event. Event Information
AIESEC in JB organised this online gathering. There were some youthful volunteers in the panel. The major goal of this talk was to learn more about the students' Pandemic experiences. This 1.5 hour webinar was divided into a number of components. The panel members continued the discussion after the guest speakers, who were allotted slots to begin it. While it was broadcast on Facebook Live and also held in a Zoom meeting, it was a very enjoyable experience to learn about some of the members' personal histories.

I was able to hone my skills and stay current on trends by participating in coding competitions and immersing myself in tech displays. These abilities are not only crucial to my profession but also a sign of my adaptability in a world dominated by technology.
Problem-solving has taken a front seat in my skill set thanks to the hackathons and coding challenges. The event challenged me to think critically, analyze complex issues, and find innovative solutions. This attribute has not only improved my professional capabilities but also my confidence in tackling real-world challenges.
