  • The event commenced with student registration, followed by a gathering in the auditorium.
  • Professor Sr Ts. Dr. Azlan Shah Ali, the Dean of the Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, delivered the officiating speech and presented plaques to student representatives from each university.
  • University representatives then presented insights about their respective institutions and real estate programs.

12:05 PM - 6:55 PM: Interactive Sessions and Activities

  • The discussions focused on the future direction of the Real Estate Intervarsity Community, encouraging dialogue and idea sharing.
  • Various team-building activities were conducted, including Ice Breaking, Real Estate Heist (Reist), Tower Building, and Capture the Tower, promoting teamwork and creativity.

Reflection on the Real Estate Intervarsity Community (REIC) Program

The Real Estate Intervarsity Community (REIC) program, held at the University of Malaya, was an enriching and successful event that brought together real estate students from various esteemed universities in Malaysia. As a participant and organizer of this event, I am filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride in witnessing the positive outcomes and the collaborative spirit that emerged from the day.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: One of the primary goals of REIC was to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among real estate students. This objective was met with resounding success as students actively engaged in discussions and shared insights about their respective institutions and real estate programs.
