• 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: The evening began with a warm welcome and anticipation as attendees awaited the arrival of guests. The formal proceedings commenced with the opening ceremony, which included prayers and speeches from the President and Advisor of PEHARTA. A captivating Silat performance by Year 4 students added a cultural touch to the event, setting the stage for an exciting night. Aksara, a talented group, showcased a lively performance that captivated the audience.
• 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Attendees were treated to a delightful dinner, providing an opportunity for networking and socializing. Various montages showcasing the journey of students from Years 1 to 3, as well as the achievements of the PEHARTA Cabinet, were presented. The ceremony proceeded with the presentation of Dean's Awards for Year 2, followed by acknowledgments for the dedicated PEHARTA Cabinet members. Representatives from Year 4 expressed their thoughts and reflections, adding a personal touch to the evening. Awards for Dean's Honor in Year 4 and special awards were presented, recognizing exceptional achievements.
• 9:50 PM - 10:50 PM: The runway lit up as participants showcased their elegance in the "Best Dressed" contest, adding a fashionable element to the event. A lively karaoke session featuring performances by Year 4 students energized the audience, adding a fun and entertaining segment to the evening.
• 10:50 PM - 11:00 PM: The formalities concluded with the award for "Best Attire" and a closing ceremony. Attendees had the opportunity to capture memories during a photography session.
