  • Learning this subject, I learn that we can approach some problem step by step:
  1. Empathy: where we ask what the problem and what the user want.
  2. Define: what you point of view based on the problem.
  3. Ideate: brainstorm your idea and apply it to the problem.
  4. Prototype: create the prototype based on your discussion.
  5. Testing:: check whether there is need of improvement or problem.
  • Other than, I learn what the basic and the fundamental of technology and information system.
  • Catch up to the newest of technology and the evolution of information system.
