During our first week of class the instructor have explain the 5 phase of service learning:

Phase 1: Investigation
Phase 2: Planning & Preparation
Phase 3: Action
Phase 4: Reflection
Phase 5: Demonstration of Results and Celebration

Please explain further the five phase and how it relate with our future project Network Cabling Infrastructure and Wifi.
Please state also your expectation of joining this ICT for Community Service (UKQA2072) course.
