SECP 1513 - TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION SYSTEM
Dr Azurah Binti A Samah is our lecturer for Technology and Information System course. Within these 3 months of the course, I have learned specifics on computers, technology and how different system work cohesively. Dr Azurah has divided us into groups of 4 to 5 members for our upcoming assignments. I was placed in Group 01 alongside Ainin Sofiya, Amir Iskandar, Ng Yen Thong and myself. The first assignment was the Design Thinking Project, where we created a new app to solve our problem as a university student. Next, each group was given a topic to create mind maps as well as a video on presenting the chapter. Besides, throughout the course, 3 industrial talks were held and we were assigned to do a poster, article and news respectively based on the industrial talks. Not only that, group assessment on PC assembly, I have learned the specifications of tools and components needed along with its functions and the steps taken to assemble a PC. Dr Azurah has also done quizzes to test on our knowledge based on the course which has shown my progress and my understanding of the 13 chapters. Moreover, I have been a moderator during the presentation of the first 9 topics. This opportunity has increased my confidence in speaking online. I have also presented the chapter with my group. The course was done synchronously with a Google meet almost every week. I was glad to have this class as it felt less lonely the group assignments have increased the bond between my group members. We got to know each other well and gave our best in doing project works regardless of barely knowing each other. My goal for this course is to give my best effort with good quality resulting to score an A. I would also like to thank Dr Azurah for the effort taken to conduct classes synchronously almost every week during midday and also the continuous guidance and patience.
