ASSIGNMENT 1(INDUSTRIAL PROCESS OF SUGAR SAUCE)

On first October, my lecturer given us a task to find an example of chemical engineering process like Haber process, milk production and so on. For my group, there were three process that i really like to know; perfume production, sugar and soy sauce. But our group decided to choose over soy sauce production. Here i attached all the unit operations used, manufacturing process and the final product.
