The AGM's extensive agenda encompasses speeches by VIP representatives of IET Malaysia, presentations by directors showcasing past events, comprehensive financial reports, and detailed secretarial presentations.
The financial report serves a crucial purpose by offering a transparent overview of the club's financial health, fostering trust, aiding in strategic decision-making, and ensuring accountability. Alongside the financial report, the director's report serves as a retrospective analysis, acknowledging collective efforts, highlighting achievements, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
