The justification of joining the activities involved the acknowledgement and experience for the traditional culture and festivals like Mid-Autumn Festivals. This event encourages students to be cognitive to one of the Chinese traditional festivals and cultures which is Mid-Autumn Festival or Dragon-Boat Festival. Besides, this event provides opportunity to students to get involved and participated in the traditional activities like riddle-guessing contests. The traditional cultures during Mid-Autumn Festival like eating moon cake, carrying colourful lanterns will be introduced in this event too.

This event contains several activities which included photography competition, poster design competition, “A Thousand Miles of Letters” and “Rock the Mid-Autumn Festival”. The photography competition is conducted through Instragram’s Feed with theme “Mood under lanterns” and the poster design competition conducted with theme Mid-Autumn Festival. The activity “A Thousand Miles of Letters” is about participants can send letters or words in anonymous way to someone who like to say. Besides. The “Rock the Mid-Autumn Festival” is an activity that participants are divided into groups to play games related to traditional cultures.
