In this program I learned more in-depth Thinking Skills. Be able to identify several types of investments that need to be known before investing, namely short-term investments and long-term investments. This is discussed in more detail and carefully. In this program as well, they provide guidelines for the initial steps to start investing. They said the important way is to follow the knowledge in analyzing rough calculations before making an investment. Investors need to identify the risks and opportunities obtained when making an investment. This allows investors to always be aware and always analyze the property. Not just wanting to get a quick and maximum profit. among other contents in this program is being able to find out about real estate agencies and real estate companies. This program is very useful for students in knowing real estate investment knowledge and giving exposure to a job that is at risk of facing fast and slow profits.
Self reflection
In this program, I get a variety of benefits that are useful in doing a real estate investment. This allows me to learn more about real estate and always look for additional knowledge to make references in the field of real estate. I can identify which investments give great and lucrative returns. The challenge I have to face is when I dare to make a decision in the next investment. Am I willing to face the risk of uncertainty or do I dare to take a high risk in investing in real estate investment. This makes me always seek knowledge and learn with more experienced people and expand connections to exchange information about an investment. This real estate investment knowledge is very broad, so I always have to do analysis and case studies to ensure that every investment is very worthwhile even if I have to face the risk of not getting an encouraging profit. This thing will make me more experienced one day and will even teach other people who are interested in real estate investment knowledge
