In this program I participated as a registration unit and became fancy to 1 group. I was given the task of getting student information and marking attendance on the day. This is to ensure that participating students can attend to make the program a success. The student's information is known when they fill out the attendance form provided online. In addition, I am also a Facilitator for my group of first year students. In this program I was able to hone more effective Leadership and Teamwork Skills , I have to guide the group members to the checkpoint and make sure they don't go out of the designated area. Next, ensure that my group members are always aware of the instructions and complete a task. Each task is very important to test togetherness, teamwork and obedience to the group leader's instructions. it helps to form a team that is disciplined and always together to solve something unanimously. he program gives good exposure to participants to always do tasks as a group and together take risks if the task cannot be completed
Self reflection
What I got in this program is that I can learn to create a more detailed and systematic google form. In fact, I was able to study with friends to ensure that the program runs smoothly when they always cooperate and help. This is very important because it is a program that is run together. The challenge I face is that I don't communicate well with the group members because they haven't adjusted to me yet, but it's going smoothly. This program gave me exposure and learned a lot about togetherness and not being self-important. Need to be sensitive when the program director gives big and new tasks to make the program successful. Instructions are very important to be followed and understood so that the instructions reach the group members who need to be taken care of. This allows other members to know what needs to be done without any unwanted problems occurring. It runs very smoothly and is well done

This program provides exposure on how to invest in real estate now and in the future. The program tells the best guide to investing in real estate in Malaysia. In this program I learned more in-depth Thinking Skills. Be able to identify several types of investments that need to be known before investing, namely short-term investments and long-term investments. This is discussed in more detail and carefully. In this program as well, they provide guidelines for the initial steps to start investing. They said the important way is to follow the knowledge in analyzing rough calculations before making an investment. Investors need to identify the risks and opportunities obtained when making an investment. This allows investors to always be aware and always analyze the property. Not just wanting to get a quick and maximum profit. among other contents in this program is being able to find out about real estate agencies and real estate companies. This program is very useful for students in knowing real estate investment knowledge and giving exposure to a job that is at risk of facing fast and slow profits.
Self reflection
In this program, I get a variety of benefits that are useful in doing a real estate investment. This allows me to learn more about real estate and always look for additional knowledge to make references in the field of real estate. I can identify which investments give great and lucrative returns. The challenge I have to face is when I dare to make a decision in the next investment. Am I willing to face the risk of uncertainty or do I dare to take a high risk in investing in real estate investment. This makes me always seek knowledge and learn with more experienced people and expand connections to exchange information about an investment. This real estate investment knowledge is very broad, so I always have to do analysis and case studies to ensure that every investment is very worthwhile even if I have to face the risk of not getting an encouraging profit. This thing will make me more experienced one day and will even teach other people who are interested in real estate investment knowledge

In this program exposure to English for communication for real estate students. It gives more importance to communicate in English with outsiders. In this program I was able to learn deeper Communication Skills .As an appraiser or real estate agent, mastering the English language is very important when we communicate with clients. This is in the content of this program telling confidence and fluency in speaking English is the main thing in attracting clients to be excited and confident. This can be seen more clearly when we will meet clients of different races, countries and languages. Therefore, English is an intermediate language that makes it easy for people to understand. This program provides some guidance in convincing students not to feel afraid or start when they do not master the English language. On the other hand, we need to be confident and always learn new things, and even always use English in our daily lives. The English language does not become a burden if we always study and are always confident in ourselves in communicating to the public
Self reflection
The advantage of this activity is that I can increase my confidence in myself to use English as a second language to communicate. As a student, I need to master English because it is very important when we start a career. We will always use this English language because we will be dealing with different types of clients. Therefore, there needs to be high confidence and seriousness in learning and improving English. The challenge I face is not knowing many deep and more structured English words. The challenge of remembering and memorizing or practicing in daily life is quite difficult because English is rarely used. Therefore I have to always try and learn slowly so as not to stop in the middle of the road and give up easily. This will give us more confidence and always find a way and not just an excuse for not mastering the English language. The way to master it is to always communicate in English even if it is not good. If we are wrong or not right, we will always learn and take lessons even if we make mistakes many times.
