Mini Report
In this program I participated as a registration unit and became fancy to 1 group. I was given the task of getting student information and marking attendance on the day. This is to ensure that participating students can attend to make the program a success. The student's information is known when they fill out the attendance form provided online. In addition, I am also a Facilitator for my group of first year students. In this program I was able to hone more effective Leadership and Teamwork Skills , I have to guide the group members to the checkpoint and make sure they don't go out of the designated area. Next, ensure that my group members are always aware of the instructions and complete a task. Each task is very important to test togetherness, teamwork and obedience to the group leader's instructions. it helps to form a team that is disciplined and always together to solve something unanimously. he program gives good exposure to participants to always do tasks as a group and together take risks if the task cannot be completed
Self reflection
What I got in this program is that I can learn to create a more detailed and systematic google form. In fact, I was able to study with friends to ensure that the program runs smoothly when they always cooperate and help. This is very important because it is a program that is run together. The challenge I face is that I don't communicate well with the group members because they haven't adjusted to me yet, but it's going smoothly. This program gave me exposure and learned a lot about togetherness and not being self-important. Need to be sensitive when the program director gives big and new tasks to make the program successful. Instructions are very important to be followed and understood so that the instructions reach the group members who need to be taken care of. This allows other members to know what needs to be done without any unwanted problems occurring. It runs very smoothly and is well done
