As a member of the program committee, I have learned some things in the program. To be honest, this program helped me a lot in improving my shortcomings such as communication skills and adding knowledge in the online system. Communication skills are the main element to convey information to someone, as is the case with this program. Furthermore, it was an experience for me as the director of the subprogram checkers because before I did not have the opportunity to hold that position. As a director in the subprogram, it helped me develop my leadership skills. I would like to thank the director and organizer for giving me the opportunity and fixing the existing weaknesses.
