On 17/11/2020, the committee of Kolej Tun Razak, UTM JB has organized a program called " SIRI SEMBANG RAZAK BILANGAN 2" SELF-ORIENTED LEARNING HACKS: TRELLO APP " where the speaker is En Muhammad Akmal Ayob explained about the important components of the Trello App. Basically, Trello is a project management and organization tool that allows users to create boards and cards to track tasks and projects. It is a web-based and mobile application that uses a Kanban-style layout, which is a visual way to organize tasks in columns, such as To-Do, Doing, and Done. Each card represents a task or project and can be labeled, assigned to a team member, given a due date, and have attachments such as files and images.

The app also provides several useful features such as checklists, comments, and calendar view to make it easy to manage and track the progress of tasks. Additionally, it has a robust search function, which makes it easy to find specific tasks or information. With its collaboration feature, you can invite team members to a board and share access to it, making it a great tool for team projects and remote work.

Trello can be used for a wide range of applications such as personal task management, software development, marketing campaigns, event planning, and more. It's free version offers most of the features, but for advanced features like integration with other apps and advanced security options it has a paid version. Overall, Trello is a flexible and user-friendly tool that can improve your productivity and organization skills. It's simple layout and features make it easy for anyone to use and collaborate with others, making it a great tool for both personal and professional use.

  1. Self-reflection

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend an online program about the Trello app. The program was incredibly informative and provided me with a deeper understanding of the capabilities and potential of the app. I learned about different ways to organize and track tasks and projects, as well as how to use labels, due dates, and attachments to make my workflow more efficient. The program also showed me how to use the app with a team and how to share boards and collaborate with others. The speaker was knowledgeable and provided a lot of examples and real-life scenarios that made the learning experience more engaging and relatable. After the program ended, my mind was filled with a lot of new ideas and strategies that I can immediately apply to my own work. Overall, the seminar was a great learning experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their productivity and organization skills using Trello.
