Self Reflection

The activities in this event have given me impact on the development of my graduate attributes is that my thinking skill and communication skills. This is because I learned to think more positively and always not overthink. I have tried to communicate with the one I trust whenever I faced any problems. My adaptability skill has increased by learning how to adapt to the environment that I am having right now. My leadership skills improved as well as I will always stay alert in recognising my friend having any mental distress symptoms.

 

My self-strength/advantage in the activities is I can easier accept what others trying to tell me or comment on me. This made me look at myself in the mirror whenever any problem arise. Then, I will try to make a change if there’s really a problem with me. The challenge that I have faced in this event is I am the one who also facing mental health illness during this hard time. I have encountered this problem by always communicating with my best friends when I feel stressed and sad.
