In this activity, students and academic advisors are introduced to each other and explain their duties and how they can guide and assist students during their study period.
In the beginning, an invitation was sent to the students of the School of Computing to attend this activity and remind them of the importance of attending it.
Firstly, a brief overview of the tasks of the academic advisors was presented and how they could help and facilitate the affairs of the students responsible for them. Some topics related to graduation and the method of distributing grades were also talked about, and then the names of the students and their academic advisors were announced to bring them together for acquaintance and taking communication numbers to create their own group to facilitate communication.
This was done in one of the halls in N24 in the School of Computing at five in the afternoon.
