Position or Role in the Activities

In this program, I was chosen to be a secretary to help to give administrative support to the director of the program. My duties as secretary are listed as below:

  • Assuring the meetings with committees are well-organized and minuted
  • Keeping a record of the work progress for the program
  • Preparing and writing up a formal letter
  • Filing and assembling reports and other documentation in a timely and credible manner
