The event fostered enterprising skills by encouraging participants to explore entrepreneurship, innovative ideas, and a proactive mindset required in a dynamic job market. Workshops and showcases facilitated creative thinking, identifying opportunities, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Participating in the UTM CAREER CARNIVAL 2023 has greatly influenced the development of my Graduate Attributes. Through self-reflection, I discovered my strengths, faced and conquered challenges, and made significant progress.
The event's activities had a profound impact on my attributes.
