TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION SYSTEM

This subject is the main subject that introduces students to information technology and information systems (IT and IS). IT and IS have a little bit different, if IS/Information System is a system with special reference for information and networking complementary hardware and software used to collect, filter, process, create, and also distribute data. While, IT / Information technology can be defined as the study, design, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems.

The point of view is information systems and information technology is a rapidly developing field in this era. The importance of learning about technology and information systems is that we as a student of computing have to recognize the basic physical conditions that exist on the computer first and also what components are contained in the computer.
