Jabatan Kehakiman dan Syariah Negeri Johor (JKSNJ) is a Johor Syariah Court District where this court is a judicial institution that hears and sentences Muslims for religious crimes and civil offenses according to allocated jurisdiction. The record and file management for (JKSNJ) is implemented with a manual system (Manual Penggunaan Klasifikasi Fail Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Malaysia). (JKSNJ) managed numerous court records and administration records. There is a unit called record unit that focuses on managing administration records. Every file has its own classifications. The general classification system of (JKSNJ) is based on the type of the file, there are different code numbers for different types of general files. From the workshop, we understand that there are some legal procedures and complex processes to handle the file because the content of the file is important and sensitive. A software product is a computerized solution for the existing manual system.
