INTERNSHIP AT SAPURA ENERGY UNDER DEPARTMENT SAPURA PINEWELL FROM 11 JUNE 2018 TO 30 AUGUST 2018

WEEK 1

MONDAY 11/6/2018
  • General overview briefing about the company and safety briefing.
  • Making some research on how to develop facebook page for the company. 4 company to be compared which is our competitor in finding contract workers, technip fmc, mcdermott, desb and dialog.
TUESDAY 12/6/2018
  • Meeting and presentation at corporate communication department to suggest the idea of developing company Facebook and make it active. This way was taken to recruit offshore labor by post job vacancy through Facebook. 
WEDNESDAY 13/6/2018 
  • Create an example of posting for our page to hire new offshore crew. We agreed to use "ayat pasar" to attract people out there joining us since we know most of them not have high education. So this the way to get high number of applicant.
THURSDAY 14/6/2018  
  • Submit the first draft of posting to corporate communication for their checking. there is important to make sure the picture is are valid. Valid here means this picture is ours and if there is a person in the picture, confirm each person either he/she still working with our company. Need superimpose Sapura Energy Logo in PPE.

  • Submit 2nd draft of posting with editted picture. 
WEDNESDAY 21/6/2018 
  • Learning flow of project that consist Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Management (EPCCM). For my department, our job scope consist of Procurement and Management that base in KL. For the construction and commissioning will be based at Kemaman. Engineering will be done by other company. Study the job scope for each position. Example as a field engineer you responsible to plan and prioritize work.
THURSDAY 22/6/2018
  • Update latest draft to Corporate Communication for their feedback and comment. Study on company guidlene for placing the logo in each picture. 
  • Go through each resume sent by applicant and check their qualification either meet the requirement or not based on position applied.
  • Do summary review for offshore crew application. 

FRIDAY 23/6/2018 
  • Replace the image based on comment from corporate communication team. The full guideline will be give by next week.
  • Continue assisting worklead engineer do summary for crew resume.

WEDNESDAY 27/6/2018 
  • Attend the weekly progress meeting conference. Discussing about the progress project hook up and commisioning in Terengganu which mostly was maintenance work on platform.
  • This cover all area from HSE, Fabrication, Manpower Schedule, Painting, and Billing.
  • Solve some new issues about the crew mobilization. 
  • Learning how the crew change schedule.

  • Internal meeting discuss about manpower mobility, fabrication progress and painting progress. Any delay item must be remark for client update. Any action on every item must be stated.
