I am pleased to share about the successful Tun Dr. Ismail College Sports & E-Sports 2023 (SEGA '23) , which I had the honor of directing. The program took place from December 30, 2022, to January 6, 2023, and aimed to deepen the relationship between Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail's residents and UTM staff, promote a healthy lifestyle through sports participation, provide a platform for talented students to showcase their abilities, and create an enjoyable experience for all participants.

The SEGA,23  program encompassed a wide range of sports activities, including volleyball, badminton, futsal, netball, basketball, and frisbee. It was truly inspiring to witness the participants' enthusiasm and sportsmanship as they competed in these friendly yet competitive tournaments. Additionally, e-sports games such as Valorant, Mobile Legends, and PUBG were integrated into the program, allowing students to demonstrate their gaming skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

Throughout the program, I observed firsthand how the participants wholeheartedly embraced the sports and e-games activities. It was gratifying to witness their dedication to a healthy lifestyle, as they actively engaged in physical activities and experienced the benefits of staying active. Moreover, the SEGA'23 program provided a platform for talented students to shine, with exceptional performances displayed in various sports and e-sports tournaments.

One of the program's key accomplishments was the reduction of stress levels among participants. The lively and enjoyable atmosphere created a sense of community and camaraderie within Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail. It was truly heartening to witness the participants having a great time, forging new friendships, and fostering a supportive environment throughout the program.

Moving forward, I highly recommend continuing the SEGA'23 program annually, incorporating valuable feedback from participants, volunteers, and stakeholders to enhance its quality and effectiveness. Exploring collaborations with external sports clubs, associations, and professional athletes can raise the program's prestige and attract a larger participant base. Furthermore, it is essential to strengthen promotion and communication efforts to reach a wider audience, ensuring that the program remains inclusive and accessible to all.

In conclusion, as the director of the SEGA '23 program, I am proud to say that the 22/23 session was a resounding success. The program successfully deepened relationships, promoting a healthy lifestyle, provided a platform for talent showcases, and delivered an enjoyable and stress-free experience for all participants.
