Mini Report
The SEGA (Tun Dr. Ismail College Sports & e-Games) program, led by director Natasha Aziera, was a highly successful event that brought together Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail's residents and UTM staff. The program promoted a healthy lifestyle through sports activities, showcased the talents of students in various sports and e-games competitions, reduced stress levels, and created an enjoyable experience for all participants. The program's impact was evident in the strengthened relationships, camaraderie, and overall sense of community within the college. Moving forward, the program should continue annually, incorporating feedback and exploring collaborations to further elevate its status and inclusivity.

RSS
Reflecting on the Program Sport and E-sport 2023 (SEGA’23) which is under my direction, was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail. Participants enthusiastically embraced the sports and e-games activities, fostering a sense of community and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Exceptional performances showcased the abundance of talent within our college community.
Despite challenges in coordination and inclusivity, valuable lessons were learned. Effective teamwork, communication, and early planning proved essential in overcoming obstacles. Incorporating adaptive sports activities and ensuring accessibility are key considerations for future iterations.
The SEGA program's impact was profound. It deepened relationships, promoted talent showcase, and provided an enjoyable experience. Continued annual organization, incorporating feedback and collaborating with external sports clubs, will elevate the program's stature. Strengthened promotion and communication efforts will ensure inclusivity and broader reach.
In conclusion, the SEGA program brought together students from diverse backgrounds, fostering sportsmanship and showcasing talent. As the director, I am proud of the program's achievements and grateful to all participants, volunteers, and stakeholders. Reflecting on our observations and accomplishments, we will continue to enhance the SEGA program's future editions, positively influencing Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail and the UTM community.
