Report activity no 1

The outcome in this programme is, I know how to prepare the proposal programme, report programme and forms that have to be submitted to bahagain pengurusan pelajar  HEP. From the programme, I able to work in a group effectively because we have  communicate very well and working together in stress environment. Other than that, the programme have enhance my thinking skills to solve the problem. Lastly, I do ask other friends from other club and the staff from Bahagian Aktiviti Pengurusan Pelajar (HEP)  if i have confusion about the documentation. The self strength i built during the programme is, i like to help my team members when they are having problem to finish the task and i also ask them if i have problem with my task. We have good conversation during the programme and we  do still  contact after programme end to ask about the work. The challenges is I was introvert and shy and akward with the environment but I being brave to be friendly with others and I do ask the facilitator when I have problem.

Justification in joining the activities:

I was selected as a comitte member of Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa Kolej Datin Seri Endon session 2022/2023 and have to learn on how to manage a club, documentation procedure when handling a programme and submit document to Bahagian Aktivi Pelajar HEP.

The graduate attributes that are focused on:

1.Communication skills. 

• Participants have to communicate well with team members because there were lot of problem solved activity in a group
• Two way communication between the participants and speaker. We are encouraged to ask question regarding our concern 

2. Thinking skills

• we are practicing thinking skills to solve problem based on case study
• we are not just sit and listen to the taklimat but we think to answer the question given by the speaker.

3. Leadership and teamworking skills

• we have to finish a task in a group. So, we are working together and brainstorm the idea together give different opinion and learn new knowledge from other friends.

My position or role in this activity is as participant to learn and received knowledge on how to manage a club
