Mini Report:

The programme named "Kembara Uni-Sihat" or also known as "Uni Sihat Road Tour" was held on 22nd October 2022 at Dataran Agora, UTM Johor Bahru. This programme was organized by Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) at universities all over Malaysia as well. At University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) itself, the programme started at 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Some of the highlighted activities in the programme were mini archery, jump and paste sticker, mini futsal, juice bike and jump rope. There was also an exhibition of GEG booth which stands for Generational End Game.

Self-Reflection:

Honestly, it was an enjoyable moment as I got the chance to participate this great event during my studies journey. Before the day of programme, I was actually so excited as I saw the announcement poster stated that there would be a mini archery as one of the activities that going to be held. Apart from that, I have decided to live my life productively and healthily instead of procrastinating so much. So at that time, I knew that this is one of the best way I could start my upcoming productive days with.

On the early morning of the day, I went to the Dataran Agora and found out that there was a cute little truck in blue colour parked with some game stuffs prepared on the mini stage. I could see two juice bike there! And it amazed me so much as it was my first time seeing those kind of stuffs and I could feel my excitement level was increasing at that moment. It might be a small matter for others, but it just need such small thing to become the reason of my smile.

I remembered that there was a group of girls (a part of the PROSIS Club members) that approached and invited me to join one of the highlighted activities there, which was an E-Quiz game regarding the Generational End Game (GEG). It was basically about the cigarettes and vapes which were aimed to be banned towards anyone who born from 2007 onwards. This effectively means that Malaysians who turn 17 in 2022, and those who are younger, will never be able to legally buy cigarettes and other tobacco products for the rest of their lives. Unexpectedly, I scored 10 out of 10 questions in the quiz and got a cute mini fan as a gift. I was really excited and proud at the same time, then I started to reflect on how crucial thinking skills are in such quiz activity. I learned to think critically, outside the box and also look for alternative ideas and creative solutions in any situation. In addition, I was also able to keep updated with current world issues such as the GEG issue itself.

Then, I have joined juice bike activity which I could say it was really fun and refreshing. Since we were not only exercising, but also got to taste the watermelon/orange juice manually prepared by us ourselves. So refreshing and satisfying! After that, I was requested by one of the Media team members (interviewer who was in charge on that day) to be interviewed and give some feedback regarding the whole event. From here, I learned how to deliver speech in a clear, effective and comprehensible manner. Overall, it was actually such a superb experience for me and my friends, we enjoyed so much and talked about it many times even after a few days the programme was ended.
