Self-Reflection

The webinar which had been hosted by the KKDK UTM did beneficial students in UTM especially by enhancing students’ thinking skills on a problem or question from different perspectives and also the adaptability on how to solve and overcome any obstacles in order to have better performance either in your job or life. As an overthinker, who will always think a lot either for important activity or either for a small and unnecessary daily task about all the possibilities in the future, I would say that this webinar did help me a lot. In my opinion, overthinking did help me to know for any good or bad situation which may occur in the future so that I could prepare before it from happening. However, overthink may seldomly lead me to negative thinking and will increase my stress level and also wreck my whole day.

Therefore, I would say that overthinking will beneficial me for the most of the time but also distract me once a blue moon. Through this webinar, Madam Hasdiana did share some ways to overcome it and I did agree with it as I would prefer seeking for guidance such as friends and parents and also distract self from overthinking. I would say that communicate with friends and parents about your doubts in my life did help me out from releasing stress as I felt that there is someone who understand and tend to help, cover when I have any problems in the future. Hence, I really appreciate this webinar and hope that this type of webinar can be organized again to help more people who is dealing with psychological problems.
