Program Information : The purpose of this program is to give awareness to society about the endangered species animal and to raise fund for Jabatan Perlindungan Hidupan Liar Dan Taman Negara ( PERHILITAN ) Semenanjung Malaysia.

Mini Report:-
Kelab Jurutek SKE Universiti Teknologi Malaysia has organized one of the program called Endangered in Malaysia Forest ( E.M.F. ) Fun Run in order to raise the awareness about an endangered species animal in Malaysia. The event start at 7.30 p.m. until 11.00 p.m. at Stadium Azman Hashim, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru on 6th March 2020. The Participation of this event is opened to all UTM staffs and students and outsiders. The event starts with kit collection at 7.30p.m. for those who didn’t collect their kit the days before. When the clock starts pointed at 8.00 p.m., some of the crew and participant were asked to gathered at the field to begin the opening ceremony. The ceremony begins with welcoming the VIP’s , prayer recitations and introduction speech. Next , VIP and program director gives a speech and launched the event after that. The event continued with warming up session before they start to run at 8.30 p.m. All of participant has been release to run after the VIP blow a hon. They all seems so excited and energetic. Around 9.00 p.m. the first runner has arrived at the finishing line follow up by second and third runner after that. The first ten runners get the number for awarding ceremony later on. At 10.00p.m. all runners have arrived and they begin the award ceremeony for the winners. After giving an award to all first ten runners, the director of the program gives the the donation of RM1000 to PERHILITAN. The closing ceremony has been done and the session ended with photography session with the VIP’s.
Self Reflection:-
In this event, I was appointed as a Multimedia committee member and our scope is to create a poster , designing the running t-shirts. Before event , We are required to finish the poster and t-shirt design earlier to spread about this event. A month before event, we design a banner , mock cheque , and route map. My teammates has created a video for spreading the event to others. During the event, we are required to the documentation about the event which is we need to take a lot of photos and recording a lot of videos. After event, there was a post mortem for all committee we get a good compliments and take an advice about the least from our committee. We share all of the videos and design the certificate for all participant. What I have gain form this program is, communication and teamworks is important in order to make everything settled at its due. The advantages was , I get to gain more knowledge about editing skills and other that are related to multimedia. The challenge that I face during this program was to satisfied all of crew about our design. For self improvement, I will increase my knowledge and communication skills in order to be better at grouping and editing skills.

Mini Report:-
Kelab Persatuan Seni Silat Gayung UTM has organized a program called Rapat Satria. The objective of this program is to create a bonding between all of participants from the club and learn a survival and teamworking skills. It was begin with the gathering at the Kolej Tun Hussein Onn, UTM while waiting for others to arrive. Its for preparation for the next day which we were depart to Pantai Teluk Gorek, Mersing, Johor. We depart from UTM around 5.00 a.m. in the morning. At 6.30 a.m. we stop at Masjid at Kota Tinggi to perform Fajr Prayer. Then we arrived at Pantai Teluk Gorek around 7.45 a.m. with a rain condition. After that, We were guided to go to campsite which the way we took is by the beach. After arrived at the campsite, together we tied up the fly and put the ground which is the place that we’re gonna sleep for that night. After finishing the bag sorting inside the fly, we weretold to gathered and had some briefing about the hike where we gonna go after that. We start with a warm up exercises and recited a prayer for ease the program. There were quite far the starting point of Gunung Arong hiking track from the campsite so we need to walk about 15 minutes. After arrived at starting point around 9.15 a.m. we start to hike. It’s an hour and half minutes journey to reach on top of the mountain. As we arrived at the peak, we take a rest and some pictures. Then we continue to went back down using the other track. The end of the track is beautiful beaches. Then we continue to go back to campsite by using a hard way. We need to walk on the plenty of bigger rocks and it might be dangerous if we slipped. After arrived at campsite, there is something not good happen which is our ration has been stole by the wild animals. The program director took the initiative to gather all the remain foods and divided equally to makesure all to eat. We had a teamwork during cooking the ration which is everybody had their jobs to do. We cook during evening and at nights. The were lots of communication during the grouping where everybody tells their own about. The next day we cook our last ration and packing all the stuffs back to went back. Last before went back to UTM we had a photography session for documentary purpose.
Self Report:-
In this program I was appointed to be a food committee. My scope is to prepare the menu and the things to buy for cooking. Instead of that, we need to find the place for afternoon dining before we went back to UTM. We start with planning a menu to eat at Pantai Teluk Gorek in the morning, afternoon, night and the next morning. We buy the ration for all participants and prepared it by groups to be given to all participants. For what have I gain in this program is, teamwork is compulsory to makesure everyone did not missed their eating time. Instead of that, the advantages of this program is I get to get more friends and improve my communication skills to other society. The challenge during this program is insufficient food due to our food ration had been stolen however we manage to divide it equally with all food remain. I have learnt that thinking skills is important in order to solve huge problem for and instant time. For improvement I hope that I will able to increase thinking skills in order to solve huge problems.

Jawatan Kuasa Mahasiswa Kolej Tuanku Canselor Has organized a program called D’ Sabah Oddyssey. The objective of this program is to improve the social skills , photography skills and conservation on the beach which an awareness for us about the cleanliness. The program begin with gathered at S01, KTC to depart to Senai International Airport at 5.00 a.m. The flight depart to Kota Kinabalu International Airport at 7.00 a.m. As we arrived there were some of the crew who already arrived earlier at KK International Airport welcoming us. We were taken to Universiti Malaysia Sabah for a briefing regarding a hostel and about the beach where we are going to do the cleaning. At 12.00 p.m. we were taken to the hostel to unpacking our baggage and rest. At 3.00 p.m. we went to Pantai ODEC UMS to do the conservation. The cleaning was do by grouping which is the group gets to pick lots of garbage will win. Then around at 5.30 p.m. , We went back to hostel to prepare ourself for a night session. At 8.00 p.m. we went to Kota Kinabalu Waterfornt to do our first session of photography which is night photography. Every group was assigned to take a night photo session for 2 hours . In the next morning , We went to Kundasang to do our second photography session. We were taught about rule of third and framing in photography. Then all the groups was assigned to take a proper photo which the background is Gunung Kinabalu. As we were done at Kundasang we went for Dairy Farm to do a visit about Dairy Products. After that around 3.00 p.m. We go to Pekan Kundasang to do social experiment as we assigned before the program. We went back to Kota Kinabalu around 4.30 p.m. As the night session appear we went back to KK Waterfront to do our last session of social experiment. The next day we visited the Manukan and Mamutik Island. At night , 8.00 p.m. we have a closing ceremony and thanks for the UMS for letting us to stay in their hostel. As tomorrow, we went back to UTM.
Self Report:-
In this program I was a participant. I was assigned in groups for social experiments and photography sessions. As a participant, we need to create a scene to make a social experiment. For the photography session , Every session we were taught by group about the rule of photography. As what I gained from the program is the teamwork and communication skills is important especially in grouping to avoid miscommunication. The advantages that I get from this program is I was able to use the photography skills outside the program. On the other hand, my communication skills get better as me and my group communicate with a lots of strangers. Challenge that I face during this program is a lots of strangers do not want to gives coorperation during our social experiment. However, we manage to find a lots of people are kind heart to communicate with us. For self improvement , I hope that there is a courage in me to face stangers without doubt.
