E-cigarettes
When I was doing the study case report for UHAK, I did the research about the smoking issues and I read more about many type of cigarettes, effect, how can a smoker quit from smoking and the reason they start to smoke. For your information, e--cigarettes are even worse than normal cigarettes, it is because in e-cigarettes contain the chemical flavor that also lead to cancer. I'm sorry to say but I kind of hate smokers because they are ruining themselves and they doesn't know how to love themselves. Most people say e-cigarettes are better than normal cigarettes, but you won't know until you do the research.
As what I can conclude while studying the smoking study case, smoking is an unhealthy habit that we should keep away from our routine because it can cause many unwanted disease. Quitting from smoking also make it harder for smoker since they are highly depend to the nicotine. However, they can overcome the withdrawal symptoms with their common awareness. It is their own choice, either they really want to stop or not. While studying this case, I found that the number of death in male are higher than female, it might be caused from smoking habit. I also discovered that there are many kind of tobacco product manufactured these days and it also attract smoker with many kind of flavor like strawberry and vanilla. Smoker will found that e-cigarettes easy to use because it use electronic system.
Blood donation
28 of October 2018- I went to Hospital Sultanah Aminah to do a blood donation with the purpose of doing my TITAS project. It was my third time donatin my blood. i'm just a regular donor which is I only donate a 350ml bag. My blood is O group. Generally, O group blood is universal donor and most wanted because it can be donate to any blood group without the recipient getting any complication except the blood contain some virus like HIV. However, before we can donate our blood, we have to run a simple test. The doctor will ask some simple questions regarding the safety of our blood. They will check our blood pressure and haemoglobin in our blood, so that the donor won't have risk to collapse or experience breathlessness.
For your information, most of the hospital in Malaysia is running out of O blood group. Because this blood is used to help people who needs the blood like a person who just happen to run in a critical car accident and lost most of his blood, a mother who just gave birth and others. Thus, it is another help I can give to help them.
