Discrete (as opposed to continuous) mathematics is of direct importance to the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology. This branch of mathematics includes studying areas such as set theory, logic, relations, graph theory, and analysis of algorithms. This course is intended to provide students with an understanding of these areas and their use in the field of Information Technology.
The topic that we have learnt in this semester are Sets Theory & Logic, Relations & Functions, Counting Methods & Probability, Graph Theory, Finite Automata and lastly Coding Theory. All the topics are related to computer.
This is the most tough subject for me. As for me, I am very weak in the Mathematic subject since primary school. especially for topic probability. It is because i have to understand the question carefully.
To get a better result for this final, I have to study more hard than before.
