This shows my career plan. My short term goal is graduated as petroleum engineer and getting a job in oil company. I am going to work in this position for few years to get enough experience. During these years, I will take some courses in management to improve my skills and get what is required to achieve my goal. Meanwhile, my long term goal is to become CEO of Total Oil Company which will be as planed in 2025.
