Mini Report: Real Estate Intervarsity Community Program

Introduction:
The Real Estate Intervarsity Community is a one-day program organized by the University Malaya Real Estate Association Club in collaboration with esteemed public universities, including University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, University Technology Malaysia, and University Technology MARA.

Program Objectives:
This program was meticulously designed to achieve several key objectives:

1. Fostering Cooperation : A primary aim of this initiative was to cultivate a spirit of cooperation among real estate students from different universities as they engaged in various activities.

2. Leadership Development: The program provided participants with an opportunity to refine and develop their leadership skills, contributing to their personal growth.

3. Communication Skills Enhancement: It aimed to sharpen the communication skills of real estate students, promoting effective interaction not only among participants but also with their instructors. It sought to establish a strong sense of unity among participants and foster relationships with their lecturers.
