Introduction:
As the Program Director of the "PEHARTA Industrial Visit: How Real Estate Gets Real," I am pleased to share my insights and observations regarding this event organized by the Property Management and Appraisal Association (PEHARTA) in partnership with the National Institute of Land and Survey (INSTUN).

Program Objectives:
The program was meticulously designed with the following overarching objectives in mind:

1. Practical Learning: We aimed to provide participants with a hands-on understanding of real estate concepts, emphasizing the importance of practical knowledge alongside theoretical learning.

2. Real Estate Immersion: This event was conceived as an opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in the real estate management field, gaining invaluable exposure to its inner workings.

3. Knowledge Augmentation: In addition to formal coursework, our intention was to broaden participants' general knowledge of real estate, equipping them with practical insights they can apply in their future careers.

Guided Learning:
To ensure the success of the program, we enlisted the expertise of a seasoned facilitator, an industry professional with extensive experience in real estate management. This individual played a pivotal role in guiding participants and facilitating a deeper understanding of real estate concepts.

When reflecting on my position as the Program Director for the "PEHARTA Industrial Visit: How Real Estate Gets Real," I have gained significant insights from the program's objectives and its impact on our participants.
