Participants, we are mainly responsible for listening to the experiences shared by industry leaders and asking our own questions.
Mini Report
INDUSTRY TALK 1 focused on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, covering topics such as the Internet, IoT, automation, etc. During the talk, industry leaders shared with us the current state of the industry, as well as the high speed of change that is likely to take place in the said industry during the possible Fourth Industrial Revolution, and how we can cope with the upcoming challenges and prospects of the industry.
In addition, we also discussed with the industry leaders about the qualities and qualities that a successful graduate should possess and how to develop a sharp mindset. Through this seminar, we had a clear understanding of the future of the industry under the guidance of industry experts and how to utilize this information to enhance our future competitiveness in employment in society.
Reflection
1. Communication skills: Through the sharing of industry leaders, I believe that having proper communication skills will make work twice as effective, which allows us to work better with others and have the ability to proactively seek help when encountering problems. Good communication skills help us to meet like-minded people and learn to improve ourselves through communication.
2. Thinking ability: I think it is very important for industry leaders to share their thinking abilities. After entering society, we will encounter a large amount of information, both good and bad, If we do not recognize it and accept it wholeheartedly, it may affect our own judgment of things, so it is very important to have the ability to think, and to take the initiative to filter the information and leave only the information that is beneficial to ourselves is an essential skill.
3. Teamwork & Collaboration? The power of one person in society is small, when we have a goal to achieve, the right to find others to cooperate is very important, the ability to have teamwork can make us more easily to achieve the goal, and learn from each other to make progress.
