Mini Report

           Justification for me in joining the activities is to pass on the traditional of Pesta Tanglung in UTM. Besides, this activity is can learn a lot of soft skill and to make new friends in UTM for widen my social circle. The graduate attribute that are focused on communication skill, thinking skill and Leadership and Teamworking Skills. For communication skill, since all students in UTM can join this activity and it divide to variety of bureau and each bureau has different member so we need to learn how to communicate with people which come from different background and different age stage. For thinking skill, leadership and team working skill, before the activity, participant need to complete a lot of work according to each bureau for conduct MALAM KEBUDAYAAN DAN PESTA TANGLUNG 2018. So, creative and logic thinking, teamwork are play importance role to conduct the activity well. The content of this activity is conduct by small games, food stall and stage performances which prepared by participants.

 Self-reflection

                     From MALAM KEBUDAYAAN DAN PESTA TANGLUNG 2018, I have learned how to communicate with other from different background and express my thinking and opinion in polite way. Besides, I have learn the team working skill from other team member and respect team member in a team. For each team, it lead by a team leader, I have learned the leadership skill from the leader about how to lead the member and take care about the feeling of each team member. Besides, I gain the knowledge about Pesta Tanglung. In MALAM KEBUDAYAAN DAN PESTA TANGLUNG 2018, I am glad for having a chance to know other from different course, make friends with them and work together with each other. The challenge that I need to overcome is to make balance between the preparation task for this activity and the academic. The way to overcome it is manage my time wisely and make a to-do list to make sure I have complete all the homework before I take part in this activity.
