REFLECTION
For me, this talk was quite good because the moderator allocates time and questions to three speakers instead of just focusing on one speaker. Also, there is a question and answer session for the audience to ask questions. However, it would be better if we started the speech on time, and the speaker used a bright background, which would look smarter and energetic. I understand that grades only prove that we have this knowledge, but it does not mean workability. Therefore, employers will focus more on our problem-solving and teamwork attitude and ability. Hence, we should spend time developing our soft skills, not only focusing on technical skills.
