SECI2143 PROBABILITY & STATISTICAL DATA ANALYSIS

Welcome to the Probability and Statistical Data Analysis course  . Probability and Statistical Data Analysis are mathematical processes that help to solve real-world problems. This course consists of 8 chapters. The first 4 chapters are about some introduction of data analysis and the basic knowledge of probability. Chapter 5 is about the hypothesis testing for 1 sample and 2 samples. Chapter 6 is about the chi-square test. While chapter 7 is about correlation and regression, and chapter 8 is about ANOVA. In this subject, many tables such as normal distribution table, t-table, chi-square table, and F-table have been used.

Through this course, I have learned how to collect, analyze and interpret data. I  have learned some basic knowledge of descriptive statistical analysis and inference statistical analysis. In real-life scenarios, I can apply all this knowledge to solve some problems related to statistics. Also, I have thoroughly studied and understood various causes of probability. Therefore, I can apply this knowledge when needed.
