Self Reflection

Attending the sexual harassment talk has prompted deep self-reflection, allowing me to gain valuable insights into my own attitudes, biases, and behaviors related to this pervasive issue. The talk provided a safe space for introspection and encouraged me to examine my role in creating a culture of respect and equality.

First and foremost, this talk has heightened my ethical awareness. It has made me realize the significance of treating others with dignity and promoting responsible behavior in all interactions. I have become more conscious of the importance of consent, boundaries, and the impact of my words and actions on others.

Additionally, the talk has prompted critical thinking about the societal norms and power dynamics that contribute to sexual harassment. I have started questioning the deeply ingrained beliefs and assumptions that perpetuate harassment and inequality. In this talk by Akhi Fairuz Al Jengkawi, he talk about the issue of sexual harassment continues to persist, necessitating proactive efforts to educate and empower individuals to combat this pervasive problem. The sexual harassment talk aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to understand, prevent, and respond to sexual harassment effectively.

The talk focused on developing ethical awareness, emphasizing the importance of respectful and responsible behavior in interpersonal relationships. Participants were encouraged to enhance their communication skills, including active listening and empathetic engagement, to facilitate effective dialogue on the topic.
