On 14th May of 2020, Students’ Union Force UTM has held a programme entitled Mahasiswa & Kemahiran Professional. This programme aims to help UTM students develop their professional and soft skills in studies and for their future profession in the industry world. The speaker of this programme is Dr. Jasrul Jamani Bin Jamian who has major knowledge in professional skills. The graduate attributes of this programme is focused on leadership where the title itself is about professional skills. The content of this Mahasiswa & Kemahiran Professional programme are about how to be the best version of yourself in the future, how to ace in your studies and most importantly on how to develop professional skills which are very important for students’ future success in the industry world. I have joined this programme because I want to gain more knowledge and tips on how to have the best skills for my future success.
Self-Reflection:
This Mahasiswa & Kemahiran Professional programme which was held by Students’ Union Force UTM has given me various tips on how to be the best version of myself. Besides that, this programme is extremely beneficial in helping me to achieve my career goals as I have been exposed on how to manage my time wisely and how to be discipline so I don’t procrastinate and waste my time with unproductive things. I also have developed to be more open and adaptable to changes as I am willingly to take on new ways of working. This is because we all know things around us change rapidly . Other than that, the knowledge given by Dr. Jasrul Jamani Bin Jamian has helped me to understand more about professional skills for my current and future learning that will definitely help me achieve my study success and career goals in the future.
